If I wanted to provoke an empathetic response in the audience this would be a good path to take in converting even more so into a narrative. However I have come to the decision that most of my resources have been narrative based when they are not communicating information but looking to engage an empathetic response in the audience. From first hand VR headsets with playthroughs and experience that are even available on youtube, I'd like to take a different approach. One of the reasons I chose this project was because I could not think of a definitive visual to accompany the warning of Alzheimers. The most successful campaigns I have viewed outside of this subject matter were successful because when given even just a word it called to mind a powerful visual that thus stuck with audiences. Using 3d mediums that may later be converted into 2d visuals I want to explore why I keep returning to the visual of a face and how that can be altered in order to provoke a strong visual that sticks with audiences.
